Who am I?

My name is Marian and I founded Myofit Coaching. 

"The Myofit mission is to lead and motivate busy professionals to find a sustainable, healthier lifestyle and enjoy all the benefits of feeling strong, healthy and confident in their own body."

 

I studied human anatomy, physiology and biomechanics, I attained degree in Physiotherapy and accumulated 25 years of training across different disciplines. I was hooked on the competitiveness of professional ice hockey for 10 years and then became "unhealthily" addicted to strength training and bodybuilding and successfully competed on the bodybuilding stage. 

WHAT DO I BELIEVE?

I strongly believe in the powerful connection between mind and body.

WHAT DO I MEAN?

We will see no real SUSTAINABLE change to our body if our mind is not engaged. 

Once you control your mind, you can conquer your body.

My objective is to achieve not only a physical change but also a mindset shift with each of my clients. I push them to take the time to pinpoint why they want to make these changes to their physical appearance, when this is understood we can unlock the drive to make this happen. 

I have seen how daily exercise not only improves your physical appearance, posture and fitness but also how it directly impacts your confidence, your ability to cope with stresfull situatios and ultimately strengthens your mental resilience to be able to face any challenge. 

WHO HAVE I WORKED WITH? 

During the last decade I have worked with over 200 clients, all have brought different stories, levels of fitness, life goals, struggles, injuries and health issues. I've learned that real transformation will only happen when an individual truly understands the real benefits of taking care of their health, body and mind. It is all about adopting a holistic approach. 

Most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel.
